Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial, so you can try everything before paying anything.
How refunds are assessed
Refunds for the Single (₹990/year) and Family (₹1990/year) plans are assessed case by case, depending on whether paid access has started and how much of the service period has been used. In general, once the paid year has begun, the charge is non-refundable unless we state otherwise for a specific situation.
Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment failed but money was deducted, or you were charged twice for the same plan, we will refund the extra amount in full. Razorpay usually returns failed payments to your account within 5–7 working days.
